  • I would love to have your balloon decorations for my next event! How do I request a quote?

Simply go to our Contact page and fill out the appropriate contact form. When we receive your request, we will send you an email with instructions on how to schedule a discovery call with us. The quotation or proposal will be sent to you via email, along with instructions on how to secure your event with us.

  • I have an upcoming event and I would love to work with you. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend contacting us after you have booked your venue, or at least two weeks before the event date.

  • I have a multi-day event and I want your balloon decorations. How long do they last?

INDOOR - Many air-filled balloon designs can be kept inside for weeks! The lifespan of the balloons will be determined by the space environment. If kept inside, all of our helium balloons will float for at least three days, but usually much longer!

 

OUTDOOR - We cannot ensure that balloons will endure a certain length of time when used outside. The sun, heat, wind, rain, and other environmental factors all have an impact on the balloons' longevity.

  • I want your balloon decorations but I’m a bit environmentally conscious. Are balloons biodegradable or can they be recycled?

Yes! Our latex balloons are created from natural ingredients and degrade at the same pace as an oak leaf. Although mylar (or foil) balloons are not biodegradable, they can be recycled.

  • I’ve heard that this is one of the most credible balloon decorators in town. What areas do you service?

We offer our balloon decoration services to clients in Surrey and Hampshire.

  • I’m excited to have your decorations for my event. What is the delivery and set-up fee?

The cost of delivery and set-up for decoration varies depending on location and time frame.

  • Your balloon decorations are perfect for my upcoming party. Do you do outdoor installations?

We certainly can! Although it’s important to keep in mind that outdoor installations do not last as long as interior installations But they will be fantastic for your celebration.

  • I need your amazing balloon decoration for today’s party. Do you take same-day orders?

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to assist you the same day, given how busy our team is, but it's worth a shot!

  • It’s very convenient that you can deliver the balloon arrangements. But can I pick upan arrangement?

Yes. We provide pick-up service from our studio. Pickups should be made in an SUV/van with the seats folded down. Please keep in mind that we encourage selecting for delivery because the arrangements might be harmed during shipment and we cannot guarantee replacements in such cases.

  • Your balloon decorations are so colorful! Can I get balloons in any color?

Yes! You can pick your colors or combination of colors.

  • Your helium balloons are perfect for my upcoming event. How long will balloons float?

When sprayed with Hi-Float, 12" latex balloons will float for 15-20 hours outdoors or 3-5 days indoors, while 12" mylar balloons will float for up to one week.

  • I have an upcoming event and your balloon decorations would be a perfect fit. Do you have a price list?

We offer a pricing range for our most popular décors. However, we are pleased to give you a free price estimate tailored to your

specific occasion.

  • I love what you have made so far but I suddenly want to go in another direction. Is it possible to make changes to my decoration plan?

Yes, changes may be made up to 2 weeks prior to your scheduled event date. Changes requested less than two weeks in advance may be accommodated, but will incur extra service costs.
