Please review our terms and conditions, as well as the list of products to avoid at the party. This will help ensure that your damage deposit is fully refunded to your bank account without any deductions for dry cleaning or repairs.
Impotent Information
Please be advised that a refundable damage deposit of £100 is required. This deposit will be returned to the same bank account on the Monday following the event, provided all rented equipment is returned punctually and in satisfactory condition.
* Should you fail to return the equipment by the time indicated in your invoice, the subsequent hire slot will begin as scheduled.
** In cases where the backdrop is stained with cake, paint, cosmetics, or any other substances, the cost of dry cleaning will be deducted from your damage deposit. A receipt for the dry cleaning will be provided for your records.
*** If any equipment is damaged beyond repair or cannot be cleaned, an invoice for the replacement cost will be issued accordingly.
