Terms and Conditions: Customers are required to carefully read and accept our terms and conditions prior to hiring. By hiring our items, you agree to take responsibility for the teddy bears throughout the hire period.
Damage and Cleaning Fees: If any hired items are returned broken or dirty, we will charge for the necessary repairs, replacements, or cleaning services.
Refundable Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit is required for the rental service. Upon booking, you will receive an invoice that includes the rental item price and a damage deposit.
Deposits amount: Teddy Bear (L) - £80
The damage deposit will be refunded once the equipment is returned in good condition.
